Upcoming Training
Courses for Teachers

Each district offers teacher training days, usually towards the end of Term 4.(See below) These courses are for teachers new to Peer Support or as a refreshment for others already familiar with the programme. The course will give teachers the skills and materials to effectively deliver Peer Support in their own school.
The NZ Peer Support Trust is also able to provide in-school training courses for schools who would prefer this as an option. This is often the case where a school is establishing the peer support programme for the first time or there are a large number of teachers wishing to train in peer support. This option can be provided at any time of the year to suit the school.
